Sell iPhone in Dubai and get paid the same day

Sell your iPhone in Dubai and three things set the number: model, storage tier and battery health. Send those on WhatsApp and you get a firm figure before you travel. Bring the handset to our Sheikh Zayed Road office, we run the checks in front of you, and you are paid in cash. Every generation from the X era to the current Pro Max.

Devices we're buying right now

We price each device individually rather than publish a figure you might not get. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll give you a realistic range in minutes. Once you accept, we collect from you free of charge anywhere in Dubai, or you can walk into our Sheikh Zayed Road office — either way the device is inspected in front of you before you are paid.

What sets your price

  • Model and storage

The top storage tier of a given generation is worth substantially more than the base model, so we always confirm capacity first.

  • Battery health

Above 90% barely moves the number. Below roughly 85% usually means a replacement, and that comes off the offer.

  • Screen and body

Cracks, deep scratches and dents cost the most. Light wear from living in a case is normal and we do not penalise it.

  • Everything working

Face ID, cameras, speakers, buttons and the charging port are all checked. A fully working device always pays more than a repaired one.

  • Box, charger and warranty

Original packaging, the charger and any remaining warranty each add to the final figure. Bring what you still have.

  • Lock status

iCloud, Google and carrier locks have to be cleared before we can buy. Message us and we will walk you through it.

Work out exactly which iPhone you have

Open Settings, then General, then About. Model Name gives the exact variant, whether that is mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max or Air, and Capacity gives the storage tier. Those two fields settle most of the offer before anyone touches the phone.

The field below them, Model Number, starts with an A and identifies the regional variant. A GCC unit, a US model with no physical SIM tray and a Japanese unit with a shutter sound that cannot be muted are one phone to Apple and three different propositions to a resale desk. Include the A-number in your first message and the offer will not move when you arrive.

If the display is dead and you cannot reach Settings, bring the phone in anyway. We identify it in the office.

Battery health, screen and parts history

Settings, Battery, Battery Health & Charging shows Maximum Capacity as a percentage along with Peak Performance Capability. Once capacity has fallen far enough, iOS replaces that with a service message. Send us the percentage. It is a priced input rather than a pass-fail test, so a tired battery lowers the offer instead of ending the conversation.

Under Settings, General, About, recent models carry a Parts and Service History section. It reports whether the battery, display and camera are genuine Apple parts or show as Unknown Part. A third-party display normally costs True Tone and sometimes Face ID, and it always surfaces during inspection, so declare it rather than hoping.

The panel itself counts too: burn-in on the OLED, a green or pink line, dead touch zones, lifting at the frame edge. Each of those moves the number; none of them stops the sale.

Erase your iPhone the right way before selling

Back it up first, to iCloud or to a Mac. If you are moving to a new iPhone, run the transfer to the new device before you touch the old one. Erasing is permanent and there is no undo at our counter.

Then go to Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, and choose Erase All Content and Settings. Done that way, iOS signs you out of your Apple Account, switches off Find My and clears Activation Lock in the same operation. On eSIM models it asks whether to delete the eSIM: read that prompt rather than tapping through it, because your number lives there.

What not to do is force a restore from recovery mode, or hand over a phone you have only removed from your home screen. A device still tied to your Apple Account arrives Activation Locked and is worth a fraction of a clean one. If you would rather keep your data until the offer is confirmed, bring it as it is and erase at the desk.

Broken, cracked and water-damaged iPhones

We buy iPhones that will not power on, iPhones with shattered fronts, iPhones with the back glass gone, and units that have been in a pool. Back glass is worth flagging specifically: on the bonded rear panels of recent generations that is a serious repair rather than a cosmetic scuff, and the offer reflects it.

Other faults worth naming in your message are no service or no signal, Face ID that has stopped enrolling, a camera that rattles or will not focus, and a liquid contact indicator that has tripped. None of them close the door. They move the number, and a fault named in your first message is a fault already inside the quote.

Which iPhone generation are you selling?

The generation pages go deeper than this hub. Each covers the storage tiers that model shipped in, the faults it is known for, and what the market is paying now.

Storage runs from 128GB on the base models up to 1TB and beyond on the Pro Max line, and the tiers are not evenly spaced in value, because far fewer of the large ones were sold. That scarcity is what holds their price second-hand.

Generational features are the other lever. USB-C arrived with the 15, the Action button replaced the mute switch on the 15 Pro, titanium came in the same year, and the Dynamic Island started with the 14 Pro. A handset that sits on the right side of one of those changes holds value longer. The 17 line, including the Air and the 17e, is quoted the same way as everything else: model, storage, condition.

Selling other Apple devices too?

Before you sell your iPhone: common questions

How do I erase my iPhone before selling it?

Back up first, then open Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone and tap Erase All Content and Settings. Enter your passcode and Apple Account password when prompted. That single flow signs you out, disables Find My and releases Activation Lock. Do not use recovery mode instead, because it wipes the data without clearing the lock.

Do I have to turn off Find My iPhone before selling?

Yes, and Erase All Content and Settings handles it as part of the process. Skip it and the iPhone reboots into Activation Lock asking for your Apple Account credentials, which makes it unusable for anyone else. We can walk you through the sign-out at the counter, but it needs your password. Nobody else can clear it, Apple included.

Does low battery health mean you will not buy my iPhone?

No. Battery health is one input among several, not a gate. A low maximum capacity or a service message lowers the offer by roughly what the replacement costs, and that is the end of it. What matters more is whether an earlier replacement used a genuine Apple part, because a non-genuine cell shows in Parts and Service History.

Do you buy carrier-locked iPhones?

Yes, though at a lower figure than the unlocked version of the same handset. Check before you message us: Settings, General, About, and read the Carrier Lock line. No SIM restrictions means the phone is free. Anything else means it is tied to a network, usually a US or European one, and that narrows who can use it here.

Do you buy iPhones that were not bought in the UAE?

Yes, though the regional variant affects the price. US units without a physical SIM tray, Japanese models with a permanently enabled shutter sound and some Asian dual-SIM variants all sell differently here than a GCC unit does. Send the A-prefixed model number from Settings, General, About and your quote will already reflect the right variant.

What if I have forgotten my Apple Account password?

Then the iPhone cannot be sold yet. Activation Lock is tied to that account and there is no workaround, not for us, not for a repair shop, and not for Apple without documentation you would have to supply to them directly. Recover the account through Apple first, erase the phone, then come in and collect your cash.

How much does storage capacity change the offer?

Enough that it is worth two minutes before you message us. Capacity sits in Settings, General, About, and quoting the wrong tier is the single most common reason an offer changes at the counter. People remember the model they bought and guess at the rest, and a 256GB guess on a 128GB handset costs real money once the phone is in our hands.
