What affects your iPhone 18 offer
The model, storage capacity, condition and current demand all affect what we can offer. Tell us whether your phone is sealed, opened but unused, or has been in regular use.
For an opened phone, include battery health and photos of the screen, frame and back. Mention any repairs or faults and whether the original box and proof of purchase are available.
An offer reflects the details you send and is confirmed after inspection. Asking for a quote gives you a current figure to consider without committing to a sale.
Tell us the exact model and storage
iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are assessed separately. Check the model name and capacity in Settings, General, About so that your enquiry describes the phone accurately.
Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB. Send the exact capacity, along with battery health and any remaining warranty. These details help us prepare an offer for your configuration.
You do not need to erase the phone to ask for a quote. Keep it as it is until you have agreed the next steps, then back up your data and prepare it for handover.
Have a different iPhone model?
Use the exact model name shown in Settings rather than guessing the generation. If it is not listed on this page, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right category or confirm whether we can consider it.

Before you come in: eSIM, Find My and the box
Move your data across with Quick Start first if the replacement phone is already in your hand. It leaves the old handset ready to pass over rather than half migrated.
The eSIM is the step people forget. Transfer the line through your operator's app or delete the profile in Settings before you travel. Leave it in place and we will do it with you at the counter, but it adds time to the visit.
Sign out of iCloud and switch off Find My iPhone. A handset still signed into an Apple Account cannot be bought by anyone, us included, and that is checked in front of you before any money moves. Bring the phone, the cable, your Emirates ID and the box if you still have it. On a phone this new the complete kit genuinely moves the final number.
