Sell iPhone 12, 12 mini and 12 Pro in Dubai

Sell your iPhone 12 in Dubai for cash, paid the same day you walk in. This is the generation where capacity decides almost everything — a 64GB body and a 256GB Pro are nowhere near each other. Send the model, capacity and battery health on WhatsApp for a firm number, working phone or faulty one.

Devices we're buying right now

We price each device individually rather than publish a figure you might not get. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll give you a realistic range in minutes. Once you accept, we collect from you free of charge anywhere in Dubai, or you can walk into our Sheikh Zayed Road office — either way the device is inspected in front of you before you are paid.

What sets your price

  • Model and storage

The top storage tier of a given generation is worth substantially more than the base model, so we always confirm capacity first.

  • Battery health

Above 90% barely moves the number. Below roughly 85% usually means a replacement, and that comes off the offer.

  • Screen and body

Cracks, deep scratches and dents cost the most. Light wear from living in a case is normal and we do not penalise it.

  • Everything working

Face ID, cameras, speakers, buttons and the charging port are all checked. A fully working device always pays more than a repaired one.

  • Box, charger and warranty

Original packaging, the charger and any remaining warranty each add to the final figure. Bring what you still have.

  • Lock status

iCloud, Google and carrier locks have to be cleared before we can buy. Message us and we will walk you through it.

Storage is the biggest swing on an iPhone 12

The standard iPhone 12 and the 12 mini were sold with a 64GB base tier, now the weakest thing in the range. Storage that small is awkward for a modern phone, resale buyers avoid it, and the gap between 64GB and 128GB is wider than most sellers expect.

The 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max started at 128GB and topped out at 512GB. They hold value better for that reason alone, before you count the telephoto lens and the LiDAR scanner.

Check yours on the Capacity line in Settings, General, About, and quote us that rather than what you think you bought.

Batteries and Face ID: the two faults we expect

This generation is old enough that original batteries are usually well below 80% and often showing the Service Recommended message. We price that in as standard rather than treating it as a defect.

Face ID is the fault worth checking yourself. On aged units the module can fail outright and the phone reports Face ID as unavailable. It is a real deduction, because putting it right is not a light repair and cannot be done with a generic part.

Test it in daylight and again in a dark room. A module that works in one and not the other is on its way out, and saying so up front keeps the WhatsApp figure and the counter figure identical.

Why an iPhone 12 still has buyers in the UAE

It was Apple's first 5G iPhone and the first with MagSafe, it has the flat-edge design people still like, and it runs a supported version of iOS. That keeps it moving as a second phone, a work phone, or a first iPhone for someone stepping up from much older hardware.

That demand is why we pay a real price for one instead of treating it as scrap, and why condition counts for more here than on a newer model. A clean screen, an intact Ceramic Shield front and a straight frame are what separate a good offer from a poor one.

The No Service board fault, and the MagSafe check

There is a known population of iPhone 12 and 12 Pro units that lost mobile service completely because of a logic-board fault, not the antenna and not the SIM. Apple ran a repair programme covering affected units. It is the most expensive fault an iPhone 12 can have short of liquid damage, because the fix is board-level.

Test it before you message. Put a SIM you know works into the phone, let it register, then read the Network line in Settings, General, About. Dropping to No Service in a basement or a lift is normal; sitting on No Service with a good SIM everywhere you go is the fault. If yours was repaired under the programme, say so — that counts in your favour.

We also check that the MagSafe ring still grips a charger. A weak magnet is often the first sign the back has been opened, which tells us more than the magnet itself does.

Questions before you sell an iPhone 12

What is a used iPhone 12 worth in Dubai?

It depends heavily on model and capacity. A 12 Pro Max at 256GB or 512GB sits at the top; a 64GB iPhone 12 mini with a worn battery sits at the bottom, and the distance between the two is large. Send the model and capacity on WhatsApp and a person comes back with a firm figure for your device.

Is a 64GB iPhone 12 worth much less than the 128GB?

Yes, and it surprises people. 64GB is the least wanted configuration in the iPhone 12 family, because it fills up quickly with photos and apps and resale buyers know it. If you are not sure which you have, read the Capacity line in Settings, General, About.

My iPhone 12 Face ID has stopped working. Will you still buy it?

Yes. A dead Face ID module is a known problem on this generation and we buy the phone regardless. It is a meaningful deduction, because repairing it properly is not cheap, so tell us up front. That way the WhatsApp number and the counter number match.

Do you buy the iPhone 12 mini?

We do. Be prepared for it to price below the standard iPhone 12 rather than above it. The mini has a noticeably smaller battery, which after several years leaves it with less real-world endurance than anything else in the family — and endurance is what buyers here judge a phone this age on.

Should I replace the battery before selling my iPhone 12?

Usually not, and it is the question we are asked most on this generation. A third-party cell leaves a permanent unknown-part warning in iOS that no later repair removes, and the damage that does to the offer is larger than the low battery percentage ever was. An Apple service centre is the only route that avoids the warning, and even then the uplift rarely covers the bill.
