Who sells us devices in bulk
The floor is ten devices. Above that there is no ceiling: a ten-unit clear-out and a two-hundred-unit refresh go through the same desk, just with more inspection time booked. Below ten units you are better off walking into the office on Sheikh Zayed Road and taking payment the same day.
Most bulk lots reach us from four places. Offices replacing a hardware generation. Companies downsizing or closing a UAE branch. Schools and universities rotating iPad carts and staff MacBooks. Resellers and repair shops clearing stock that has stopped moving. Retailers with customer returns and production companies wrapping a shoot make up most of the rest.
You do not need to be a company to use this route. A repair shop with forty trade-in handsets and a family office with a cupboard of old Macs get the same grading standard. What changes between sellers is the paperwork, not the pricing.
What a bulk lot can contain
We are bulk phone buyers first. iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel move fastest and price best at volume. If you want to sell laptops in bulk in Dubai, that means MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. Beyond that we take iPad, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro, Apple Watch, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards.
Mac minis and iMacs pulled off a design or finance floor are the used office computers we see most often, and they carry more value than people expect once the configuration is read off the serial. Graphics cards inside workstations belong on their own lines rather than buried in a tower.
Do not sort the lot before we arrive. Working, cracked, battery-worn and dead units all get graded, and a device with no power still has a number against it. Hand-sorting costs you money, because the grade you assign and the grade the bench assigns are rarely the same.
Free on-site pickup across the emirates
Pickup is free and it is ours to arrange. A collection team comes to your office, warehouse or campus, counts the lot against the list you sent, records serials as it goes, and signs a collection note before anything leaves the building.
Small and medium lots are inspected on site while you watch, so the number you hear is the number you get. Larger lots are sealed and brought back to the Gold and Diamond Park office, where battery health, storage read, screen and board condition are checked on the bench and the line-by-line result comes back before payment.
We collect across all seven emirates, free zones included, and slots are booked inside working hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 to 19:30, Saturday 11:00 to 16:00, closed Sunday. You are welcome to bring the lot to the office instead if that is simpler. From there the process is identical.
Certified data wipe, with a certificate per device
Every device holding storage is wiped before it is graded for resale. On bulk deals the certificate that comes back carries the model, the serial and the date the wipe completed, so it files against a single asset row instead of a blanket letter covering the lot.
One job has to be done on your side, and it is where bulk lots lose the most money. A unit still carrying Activation Lock or a live management enrolment cannot be resold, so it is graded as parts however clean the chassis looks. The release steps differ by console: the Apple fleet page covers Apple Business Manager, the schools page covers Apple School Manager.
Units that fail bench testing are wiped before they are stripped, same as everything else. Nothing leaves the office carrying readable data, whether it is resold whole or broken for components.
From device list to one bank transfer
Start with a list on WhatsApp: model, storage, rough condition and quantity per line. That is enough for an indicative range on the whole lot, with no site visit and no form to fill in. A spreadsheet is fine, and an asset register export is better.
After inspection you get a final offer priced line by line, not a single lump sum you have no way to check. Approve it and we issue one invoice from CRONUS SMART GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. covering every unit, then settle by bank transfer for larger deals or cash for smaller ones. One counterparty, one reference, one entry in your books.
We buy outright. There is no consignment, no revenue share and no waiting for us to find a buyer, so the resale risk is ours once the invoice is settled. If you are weighing us against someone else, show us a written quote and we will try to beat it.
Which bulk route fits your lot
Three kinds of lot need paperwork this page does not cover, so each has its own route. A company fleet coming off a refresh runs through the corporate IT fleet page, where offers are matched to your fixed asset register by serial.
Schools, colleges and universities go through the education page instead, because an institution cannot be paid the way a walk-in customer is. That route opens with a written quotation an approver can sign.
If the stock is entirely iPhone, iPad, MacBook and Mac, the Apple fleet page is the shorter path. Everything else, including reseller stock, mixed consumer lots and single-model batches, stays here.
