Apple fleet buyback

Bulk iPhone buyback in Dubai, and the rest of the fleet

Bulk iPhone buyback in Dubai rarely arrives on its own. The same refresh usually releases MacBooks, iPads and a couple of Macs from the meeting rooms. Send one inventory list covering all of it. We quote per model line, collect free anywhere in the UAE, wipe every unit against a certificate, and settle the whole fleet on a single invoice by bank transfer.

Devices we're buying right now

We price each device individually rather than publish a figure you might not get. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we'll give you a realistic range in minutes. Once you accept, we collect from you free of charge anywhere in Dubai, or you can walk into our Sheikh Zayed Road office — either way the device is inspected in front of you before you are paid.

What sets your price

  • Model and storage

The top storage tier of a given generation is worth substantially more than the base model, so we always confirm capacity first.

  • Battery health

Above 90% barely moves the number. Below roughly 85% usually means a replacement, and that comes off the offer.

  • Screen and body

Cracks, deep scratches and dents cost the most. Light wear from living in a case is normal and we do not penalise it.

  • Everything working

Face ID, cameras, speakers, buttons and the charging port are all checked. A fully working device always pays more than a repaired one.

  • Box, charger and warranty

Original packaging, the charger and any remaining warranty each add to the final figure. Bring what you still have.

  • Lock status

iCloud, Google and carrier locks have to be cleared before we can buy. Message us and we will walk you through it.

One list for the whole fleet, priced per serial

An Apple-standardised office does not retire one product line at a time. A refresh typically frees staff iPhones, MacBook Airs from general users, MacBook Pros from the design and engineering side, iPads used on site or at a counter, and whatever is bolted under the meeting-room table. All of it belongs on one list and one quotation.

We buy iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro and Apple Watch. The fleet does not need to be uniform: twelve M1 Airs, forty iPhone 13s and a Mac Studio is an ordinary enquiry, not a complication.

Pricing is unit by unit, not one flat grade across the pallet. On Macs the variables that move the number are chip generation, memory, storage and battery cycle count. An M-series MacBook Air and a late Intel machine of the same screen size are different products commercially, and a Mac reporting a service-recommended battery is graded on that.

On iPhones it comes down to model, storage, battery health and whether the handset is network-locked. iPads split on generation, cellular versus Wi-Fi, and completeness, since one handed over with its Magic Keyboard and Pencil grades better than a bare tablet. The practical result is that the newest slice of a fleet carries most of the value while the oldest tail still gets a real number rather than a refusal.

Releasing devices from Apple Business Manager

This single step decides whether a fleet is worth full money or a fraction of it. A Mac or iPhone enrolled through Automated Device Enrolment will demand your MDM again the moment it is erased and set up. The enrolment record lives with Apple, not on the device, so wiping it changes nothing at all.

Before handover, unassign each device from its MDM server in Apple Business Manager and then release it from your organisation. Alongside that, sign out of the Apple Account, switch off Find My and clear Activation Lock. On supervised devices your MDM may be holding the bypass code, so retrieve it before anyone decommissions the server.

Work through the fleet in batches rather than device by device. Apple Business Manager will accept a serial-number upload, which is the difference between an afternoon of admin and a fortnight of clicking. Send us the list either way and we will tell you which units still look enrolled at inspection.

Timing a fleet sale against Apple's release cycle

Apple hardware depreciates in steps rather than smoothly. iPhone values move down after each September launch as the previous generation shifts one place along the range, and Mac values step down when a new chip generation arrives. The same fleet is worth more sold in the month it comes out of service than two quarters later.

The expensive habit is storage. Devices get boxed on the day they are replaced, then sit in a cupboard while someone finds time to deal with them. Nothing about them improves there, and a fleet that crosses a launch window in a store room has taken a step down for no reason. If the refresh is already approved, get the quotation done before the old units come out of service and book collection for the week they do.

Collection, inspection and settlement

Send the inventory first: model, year or chip, storage, memory for Macs, quantity and condition. We come back with a written quotation broken out by model line. Collection is free anywhere in the UAE, or you can bring the devices to our office at Gold & Diamond Park on Sheikh Zayed Road during business hours.

Inspection runs with your IT contact present, or against a reconciled count if you would rather hand over and get on with your day. Anything grading differently to the description is raised before it moves the total. Every unit is then sanitised, with a certificate issued per device on bulk deals.

Smaller lots can be settled in cash on the spot. Fleet-sized deals are settled by bank transfer against an invoice in your company's legal name, which is what most finance teams need before they can retire the assets.

What quietly wrecks the value of an Apple fleet

A firmware password on an older Intel Mac is the worst of them. If nobody left in the business remembers setting it, the machine cannot be reinstalled and is close to unsellable, so test a sample before you build the list. On Apple silicon and T2 Macs, an Activation Lock nobody can clear does the same damage.

After that, in rough order: missing Mac power adapters, third-party screen and battery replacements, iPads handed over with the wrong charger for the port, and Apple Watches whose bands have been swapped out and lost. None of these stop us buying. Every one of them shows in the per-unit number, so listing them upfront keeps the quotation and the final settlement close together.

Selling a smaller quantity?

Bulk Apple buyback: common questions

What if our MDM licence has already expired?

You can usually still fix it. The device assignment lives in Apple Business Manager rather than in the MDM product, so unassigning a device from a dead server and then releasing it from your organisation is done in the Apple console and does not need the MDM subscription to be live. What you cannot recover easily is lost access to Apple Business Manager itself, which turns into a support case with Apple. Do the release before either console is decommissioned.

Can iPhones, MacBooks and iPads go in the same deal?

Yes. Mixed Apple fleets are the normal case, and putting everything on one list usually produces a better outcome than splitting a refresh across several buyers. One quotation, one collection, one invoice, one transfer. Mac desktops, Apple Watches and older generations sit on the same sheet as the newest MacBook Pros.

Do you buy Intel Macs or only Apple silicon?

Both. Apple silicon MacBooks and Mac desktops carry more value, but Intel machines still have a market and still get a number. The two things that sink an Intel Mac are a forgotten firmware password and a butterfly-era keyboard that has already started failing, so mention either on the list and the quotation stays realistic.

Do you buy iPhones that are still locked to a UAE network?

Yes, but a carrier-locked handset is graded below the same model unlocked, because the resale market for it is narrower. If the phones came through a corporate mobile plan, ask your account manager to confirm the handsets are released before you hand them over. Flag on the list which lines are locked and which are clear, and the two groups are quoted separately rather than averaged.

Can we sell Macs and iPhones still signed into a former employee's Apple Account?

Not as they stand. If the device was signed into a personal Apple Account, only that person can sign out of it, so track them down while they are still contactable. If it was a Managed Apple ID created in Apple Business Manager, your administrator can release it. A device that arrives with an Activation Lock nobody can clear is graded as parts, which is a heavy loss on otherwise clean hardware.

How quickly can you collect and pay for a corporate Apple fleet?

Booking depends on the size of the list and where you are, so we agree the slot with you rather than promise a window we cannot control. What we can say is that quotation, collection, inspection and invoicing run as one continuous process, and payment is released against the invoice once the count and grading are agreed.
