Google Pixel: priced per device, not from a list
Pixel is one of the Android brands we see most after Samsung, so selling a Google Pixel in Dubai is straightforward: send the model on WhatsApp, a person gives you a real figure, and a free inspection at our Sheikh Zayed Road office confirms it.
We look hardest at three things on a Pixel: battery health, the under-display fingerprint sensor, and the rear camera bar, where the exposed glass takes knocks badly. Tell us if the screen or battery has been replaced and whether the parts were original; that shows up in the offer.

Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus
Every one of these is quoted per device, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no published number here for a Huawei P or Mate, an Honor Magic, a Xiaomi or Redmi, an Oppo Reno or Find, a Vivo, or a OnePlus. You send the details on WhatsApp, a person prices it during business hours, and the figure comes back dated.
Two things drive that figure. The first is the exact variant: a global model with Google Play services on it is worth more here than a China-market ROM. The second is what the model is doing on the local resale market this week, which moves faster on these brands than on any other.

What to send us for a manual quote
A manual quote is only as good as the information behind it, so send it all in one message: brand, exact model name, storage and RAM, colour, and whether it is the global or a regional variant. The IMEI helps too.
Then four photos, screen on against a white background, screen off, the back, and the charging port. State plainly whether the screen has been changed, whether the battery has been replaced, and whether the phone has ever been opened. A declared fault is priced into the quote. An undeclared one is found at the counter.

Two locks to clear before you come in
Handsets from these brands carry two locks, not one. There is the Google account that triggers Factory Reset Protection, and there is the manufacturer's own account sitting on top of it: Mi Account on Xiaomi and Redmi, Huawei ID, HeyTap on Oppo, and the equivalents on Vivo and Honor. Remove both before you reset, or the phone comes back up asking for credentials nobody but you can supply.
Huawei needs one extra step. A handset bought on a China-market ROM is tied to the Chinese Huawei ID rather than the international one, and the two are not interchangeable. Check which is signed in before you wipe.
Then bring the phone to Gold & Diamond Park, Building 2, Unit 2109, first floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, during our opening hours, with your Emirates ID or passport. We confirm the IMEI is clear, then pay in cash, or by bank transfer if you are selling a batch.
