Matching your handheld gaming pcs to the right retail product

Tell us the exact model, processor variant and storage. Steam Deck LCD and OLED, and different ROG Ally or Legion Go versions, must not share a retail reference just because their brand names match. Mention any storage upgrades separately.

What to share and bring with you

Bring the charger, case and original controllers where relevant. Describe stick drift, screen damage, charging or battery faults and any repairs. These handhelds use the office-only gadget service; our existing console pages cover console enquiries.

Can you collect this gadget from me?

These additional gadgets are office drop-off only. Bring the item to Gold & Diamond Park, Building 2, Unit 2109, 1st Floor, Dubai, after discussing your estimate on WhatsApp. Existing supported device services retain their own collection terms.

Is the online estimate a guaranteed price?

No. The indicative range is 10–35% of a verified current UAE retail price for the exact model. Our final offer depends on condition, included accessories and inspection. We pay cash immediately at the office if you agree to that offer.

Do you buy very used or faulty gadgets?

Heavily used items can be considered if they still work fully, usually toward the lower end of the range after inspection. Gadgets with working faults do not qualify for this additional-gadget service. Sealed, open-box and like-new items can also be considered.
